Manicure set, 3 tools (scissors, file, tweezers). Leather case. Hand sharpened. Stainless steel 40x13 (analog AISI 420/X40Cr13/X41Cr13/1.4031(34)) is used to manufacture the scissors by SPL. It is also called surgical steel because of it is use in a medical instruments. Besides, thermal quenching makes the material hard enough to ensure durability of the edge over a long period of time.
